I rigged a small speaker to an open hard drive to make something unoriginal, but charming. I rearranged some sounds to play through the speaker. Video to come.

Real talk, I’ve been waiting for this since I was semi disappointed by Grindhouse… The trailers were the best part, and Machete had the best trailer. Danny Trejo is the man, and I just read about the rest of the cast on IMDB. Should be coming out this year… as you can see in the photo, I’m pumped.

Side note: Given the impending games, I’d like to point something out…

Some friends and I felt it was necessary to take advantage of last week’s precipitation.

On the road to baldy… one of the most beautiful days I’ve seen in years.

Paul contemplates vertical descent.

We ran some pretty genius scams at the lift lines which were easily 20-30 minutes long. We rarely waited more than 3.

Skipping lines, stealing drinks, slapping stickers, shredding powder, all with no cell reception felt like heaven. The clouds gave us a visual to match.

I went to the NAMM show in Anaheim on Saturday. The economy has definitely taken it’s toll on the music production industry as the booths were nowhere near the size of what they once were. None the less a bunch of crazy lookin people came out to see what’s going on.
