I stumbled upon some neat things whilst fussing with photoshop this weekend. My bag of tricks grew huge in like 15 minutes. I consider the faux-aged graphic to be a little played, but it’s pretty none the less. This guy needs some type work… Paul wanna take it from here?

PUBLIC(ation)

For my Com Studio IV class, I was asked to design a publication about something I was interested in. I chose to do it on the open source movement. All qualitative elements were to reflect this, so my publication was digital rather than printed. I have hosted it on my server and it is available for viewing at http://public.tiimo.com. It’s entitled PUBLIC and is written in PHP and Processing, with all of the source code readily available for download. As you can see it borrows much of the aesthetic of from this blog…
